Guilford also offers many internships, a Washington semester, work-study programs, accelerated degree programs in business management, computer information systems, psychology, and biology, dual majors, student-designed majors, study abroad in 9 countries, and cross-registration with members of the Greater Greensboro Consortium (8 colleges/universities).

Honors programs: Guilford College is a participating member of the National Collegiate Honors Council. Membership in the NCHC means that students in the Guilford College Honors Program can participate in the NCHC Honors Semesters. These semester programs are regularly offered in different sites around the world and enable Honors students from across the country to meet and learn in unique settings. In recent years, Guilford College students have participated in the Study Abroad programs sponsored by Honors Programs at other colleges and universities. Career services highlights include: Internships offer students up top 12 credit hours. Local, national, and international opportunities are available. Program is centralized and provides a coordinator to assist students with the process and reflection.

The Guilford College campus is a beautiful 340 acre campus situated in the western residential area of Greensboro, North Carolina. The college is bordered by woods on one end and easy access to stores on the other.
